Police authorities turning a blind eye to lane hoggers

Thu, 16 Jan 2014

REX Features MSN Cars can exclusively reveal that just 13 drivers have been fined for lane hogging on the M25 since new laws were introduced last year – while thousands are still penalised for breaking the speed limit. And to top it off, and perhaps because they made a nice contribution, parked on the 200 block will be a mock-up of the new Lear 85 business jet in all its carbon-fiber glory -- with the tail fin but minus the wings.
