Ford 289-302 351W NASCAR Magnesium racing bellhousing Shelby GT350 Mustang. This is a magnesium copy of an OEM Ford bellhousing that is used for racing applications . For use on most all Ford small block engines to include 260-289-302 and 351W with a 157 tooth flywheel. The 157 tooth flywheel was common for many years and was used on 10”or 10.5” clutches. Today we use these bell housings in racing with small multi-disc clutches. This bell housing was used in a 66 Shelby GT350 vintage race car and is in great shape ready to use again. The magnesium version such as this was originally designed for NASCAR use but became popular in many forms of racing. This one has nice steel bushings reinforcing the bolt holes and in case of mechanical clutch linkage usage it has a pivot ball as well. It is in perfect shape with no repairs, damage or modifications. Quarter Master sells a new version of this bell housing for several hundred dollars. Here is your chance to get a nice lightweight racing bell housing for your small block Ford powered race car. Winner pays actual UPS shipping charges. Will accept all forms of payment. Good luck bidding! |

It’s just a shame that the closest it comes to being a hot hatch is the little more than lukewarm Fiesta Zetec S. But that’s about to change, and not before time.
