Up for your bid is an old Air Filter or Flame Arrestor from a Ford 302 used on a Glastron boat. Low reserve of only $5 and shipping Flat $10 or pickup free in Central Texas.

Got this off a 1970-71 Ford 302 being used in a Glastron boat. It was on a Holley 4 barrel carb. It is a not perfect and a little bent and dinged but not too bad. Someone has attached a air hose connector to the side. It is attached by two screws but not cut into the filter element. That tube can be removed. Low reserve of only $5. Please know your application before bidding.

Former GM exec Joel Ewanick joins Fisker

Fisker Automotive has hired ousted General Motors' global marketing boss Joel Ewanick to be interim chief of global sales and marketing for the maker of luxury plug-in hybrids. Ewanick, 52, will replace industry veteran Richard Beattie, 58, who announced his retirement Monday, Fisker spokesman Roger Ormisher said. Ewanick has been working with Fisker as a marketing consultant for at least six weeks and will fill Beattie's role until a full-time replacement is named, Ormisher said.

The first thing that hits you driving over the hundreds of miles of desert on the way to see the monster Scottsdale classic and collector car auctions every January is the HUGE number of motor homes scattered willy nilly all across the sand and rocks like dice. Every winter Arizona sprouts fields of Winnebegos and Hitchhiker IIs like big, rectangular wildflowers, only less pretty (Not counting the requisite lion and dolphin murals airbrushed on the backs, what are those about, anyway?). Can snowy winters in Saskatchewan really be that bad?
