slight corrosion at water passages
Brand:OFFENHAUSER Surface Finish:ALUMINUM

This is a good original Offenhauser  Dual Port 360 degree intake which is correct for all 351 Windsor Ford engines without EGR.   This is old school speed equipment with a very heavy casting, not some modern paper thin Chinese crap.  It has some light corrosion in the water passages but  nothing which would cause any problems.  The pipe thread fittings openings  are all good.   It has one thread insert at the throttle bracket mounting boss.  All threads are good, and no cracks or other damage.  The idea is to split each port into 2 smaller ports to increase port velocity.  This was a very  expensive intake to buy new because of the high quality ,heavy weight, and complex casting process.  Please look at the photos to see just how good it really is.   I'm cleaning out the garage and have had it stored for many years, but no longer, as it needs to go to someone who can use it.   Buy with confidence!
