The carb stud kit is designed to fit Carter, Edelbrock, Holley or any Throttle Body with a 1/2 inch thick base plate. The studs have an internal hex and a 3/16 Allen wrench is used to install them into your intake manifold. We also include flanged hex nuts and the proper size flat washers. If you are using a Quadrajet carb , just let us know and we will include a mounting bolt kit for you!

Our washers are custom made in the USA to our specifications. Alloy Boltz uses larger diameter and thicker flat washers in our kits.

Our flat washers give more support to your oil pan and valve cover rails. We also add split lock washers on some of the component kits to make sure things stay tight.

All of our washers are polished to make sure your finished project looks great!

The thin small diameter washers other sellers use offer almost no support and will cause your valve cover or oil pan rails to bend. If this occurs, the

gasket will pinch and you will have oil leaks.

We use our extra thick intake washers and longer bolts in this kit. These washers are 1/8 thick and have a smaller center hole to keep the washer centered on the bolt. Held straight after the first Shanghai auto show press day - a day topped off by the Car Design Night, attended by some 300 or so designers - this two-day event saw 27 of the world's foremost car design experts and nearly 250 delegates gather together to debate the future of Chinese car design. Session 1 - Harnessing design awareness Tony Williams, UK design director of China's biggest carmaker, SAIC, kicked off the session by explaining how trend research was finding more savvy and confident Chinese consumers who want their character reflected in the products they buy and "cars they want rather than just need".
