1967 Ford 390 cu in engine. "FE" Round block. 4.040" bore. Block casting #C7ME-A. Code stamped on block - 86189676 - not sure of "86" on code as numbers hard to read. Free, not locked-up. No intake. Very little ridge on cylinders, if at all. Pulled from running '67 F-150. Just tired. Good base block, heads, crank, and rods for a Galaxy or Fairlane restoration. Includes harmonic balancer and spin-on oil filter adapter. Heads include head bolts and valve gear, but no pushrods. Rocker shafts and arms still assembled in great shape. Heads look real good, no cracks that I have found. A solid unit.

But America’s Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has devised a new test, which involves a “small overlap front crash” – similar to a head-on crash but only the front corner of a car collides with a solid object.
