Up for auction is a lever or bellcrank that mounts on the bolt going to the carburetor spacer or heater on most 144-170-200 six cylinder Ford engines. I am unsure of the original application so please look closely at the photos and ask if you have a question. The pivot hole is 3/8” and the two holes at the ends of the lever are 5/16”. The rod is 6-1/2” in length.


The part is in very good, used condition with no signs of damage or repair. No stamped part number is visible. It has been cleaned with a detergent to remove most of the grease and dirt. Please examine the photos closely and let me know if you have any questions or need additional photos. It is being sold as is.

SECOND-HAND cars bought from independent dealers topped the list of the 10 most-complained-about consumer issues between April and June. Citizens’ Advice consumer service dealt with 12,000 complaints about such vehicles, which equalled 8% of all cases it dealt with. The number was three times as many complaints as those made about used cars bought from private sellers and franchise dealerships.

Peugeot 2008 DKR (pictured) gets 340 bhp turbo diesel to fight the Dakar Rally The days of Peugeot’s motorsport activities being integral to the brand’s identity are long gone, but Peugeot are still playing motorsports with a few headline grabbing projects like Sebastian Loeb’s Pikes Peak car. But Peugeot’s motorsport activities at the moment are extending a bit further than hitting Pikes Peak (and the Goodwood hillclimb) in a monstrous Peugeot 208 T16, and a 2008 to take on the Dakar Rally was revealed back in April. Then, we got to see the Peugeot 2008 DKR in all its Mad Max glory, but Peugeot were being a bit circumspect about what was underneath their Apocalypse-taming Rally Raid Monster.
