This is a fresh rebuilt, low mileage, professionally prepared Ford 9" racing center section. Build includes Mark Williams H series nodular case, billet caps, billet adjusters, big bearing Daytona pinion support w/ solid spacer, standard 31 spline locker, 6.33 Ford Racing gear set and Mark Williams billet 1350 pinion yoke w/ pump pulley. EDM drilled and cooling pump ready. All ARP hardware.Can be had w/ an internal cooling pump at extra charge. Will be shipped in the protective storage case shown. New Ford S-Max Concept at Frankfurt Motor Show
Wed, 28 Aug 2013The New Ford S-Max Concept (pictured) will debut at Frankfurt Ford’s sporty take on the Galaxy – the Ford S-Max – has been with us since 2006, so it’s time for a change. But with Ford in Europe not having the best of times and the new Ford Mondeo not expected to arrive until 2014, the all new S-Max – which will have underpinnings from the new Mondeo – won’t be arriving until 2015. But in the absence of anything new to show at Frankfurt, Ford has put together a Concept version of the new S-Max to try and show Europe it really does have new stuff on the way.
Giugiaro honored in Korean ceremony
Thu, 15 Dec 2011Giorgetto Giugiaro has received honors from the South Korean Government for his contribution to the nation's fledgling automotive industry. In a ceremony in Seoul, Giugiaro received the prestigious 'Order of Merit' from the President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Myung-bak. The relationship between Italdesign Giugiaro and Korea stretches back to the 1970s, a period of significant growth for the Korean nation, stifled only by its lackluster automotive industry. It fell to the Italian designer to invigorate an industry that survived on reassembling and rebranding foreign domestic models. Giugiaro's solution was the simple Hyundai Pony.

Toyota, Daihatsu's parent company, bought a 9% shareholding in Subaru's parent company in 2005. So the Daihatsu Sirion 1.0 is an obvious donor car; its £7500 starting price and 57mpg stretch the Subaru range down to a whole new budget marketplace.
