We have here a T68P-4946-A shim template tool as listed in the Ford vehicle manuals for the 9" Traction-Lok POSI or limited slip differential unit. This tool is used to set or check the shim pack dimension for the Ford 9 inch diff so as to have correct LSD operation. Using this tool will tell you what size shim you will need to set the clutch pack. I will include a copy of the paperwork required to use the tool. Potholes claims rise by 750%
Tue, 13 May 2014CLAIMS for damage to cars have risen by as much as 750% due to the poor state of the UK’s roads after the winter’s floods. One council has reported an increase in claims from motorists whose cars have suffered broken suspension and steering. Somerset Council said it has experienced a 750% rise in claims for the period from January to February 2014 compared to the same period the previous year.

True, it’s eschewed its monster V10 for a 4.0 litre V8 turbo in its latest iteration, but in the process it’s become a more complete car which offers great dynamics as well as a mountain of power and torque, judiciously employed through Audi’s quattro 4WD. But as Stephan Reil, Audi Quattro Division boss, said back in January, Audi are planning an even more powerful ‘Plus’ version of the RS6 Avant with around 600bhp to take on cars like the Mercedes E63 AMG S which also offers 4WD (at least in LHD markets) and 577bhp.
