Does have some surface rust on the clips that hold on the cap, and on the fitting on the vacuum chamber. All said it looks pretty good.

This is an authentic FoMoCo part. It was rebuild many years ago,and has been in storage. I gave pictures of the numbers. The 3AC under the 12127A, means it was made in the third week of Jan. 1963. The other number in question to the left appears to be C2AF.

Ferrari plans to create a collector's club to give loyal customers a better chance of owning one of the company's limited edition cars. The club likely will be open only to people who possess at least five Ferraris. The Italian supercar brand says there are about 300 collectors worldwide who own five or more Prancing Horse models.

Bondholders snub GM, bankruptcy filing likely

Nowhere near enough General Motors bondholders agreed to exchange their debt for stock before a midnight Tuesday deadline, making a bankruptcy filing by the automaker highly likely. GM had set a threshold of 90 percent of the $27 billion in bond debt it wanted to exchange for 10 percent of the stock in a reorganized company for the deal to take place. In a statement Wednesday, GM said the amount of notes tendered was substantially less than the 90 percent target.
