Here is a pop out window latch / hinge assembly for a Ford Econoline Van.

Fits 89-95 (possibly others also) E-series Vans pop open vent windows with this style 3 bolt mounting latch.

 Some van windows have a similar looking latch with a 2 bolt mount, they are not interchangeable, please double check your application. (I have the 2 bolt mount version available in my other listings)

The latch comes with the hardware to attach the latch to the window (as shown). Please keep in mind that there were some vans that had different styles of window latches (2 bolt mount) and also different hardware to attach to the glass so I cannot guarantee what style you van needs, so please take a close look at the photos. I can only provide the most common window hardware set that is shown.
