Land Rover Defender LXV celebrates 65 years of Land Rover

As part of the celebrations at Packington Estate – which was the original testing ground for the 1948 Defender prototypes – Land Rover are launching a celebratory Defender special edition – the Land Rover Defender LXV – based on the standard Defender and available in five different body styles and with the 2.2 litre diesel engine and 6-speed manual ’box. The Defender LXV gets the sort of toys no one could ever have envisaged on those early Defenders, including a Santorini Black or Fuji White paint job with Corris Grey roof, grille and headlight surrounds, full leather seats with orange contrast stitching, lots of ‘LXV’ badges and even the option of a Union flag on the back. Toyota offers peek at redesigned 2012 Camry

A redesigned 2012 Toyota Camry sedan is coming this fall--and Toyota is cranking up the marketing machine. On Wednesday, Toyota posted a teaser photo of the 2012 Camry--a look at the car's left-front corner, showing the headlamp, hood, a flared wheel arch and the windshield. You can also see a fog light, a clue that this is one of the higher trim levels of the Camry family.

Corvette concepts on display this week at Bowling Green museum

OK, Corvette lovers, here's your chance to view some all-time classic concepts. The 1961 Mako Shark Concept, the 1965 Manta Ray Concept, 1973 Aerovette Concept and 1959 Stingray Racer are all on display this week at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Ky. It's celebrating its 15th anniversary by showcasing the four concept Corvettes.
