This is an OEM Left outside mirror for Ford and F Series vehicles from the mid-1970s to the 1990s. Factory grade chromed metal with correct thickness not a reproduction part. The Ford basic part numbers listed above are believed to be correct. Removed from an unknown vehicle.  May fit other years as well or have other applications.

The general condition is good to fair for a 40 year old part. The mirror glass has a line across it like the glass is broken. Assume the mirror glass needs to be replaced. The mirror head has scratches in the chrome. The mount is in excellant condition. It is and has been stored in Phoenix Arizona outside.  Look at the pictures close and you be the judge to see if this will work for you. Other pictures can be obtained for this part prior to 24 hours from the end of the auction. Inspections can be made at my location in Phoenix. I am with in 3 miles of Sky Harbor airport. Payment arrangements must be made with in 72 hours.
