    Earlier this month, Car Design News attended Umea University's annual degree show. Covering student work from the MA Interaction Design, Advanced Product Design and Transport Design programs and the BA Industrial Design program, it was the first exhibition overseen by Umea's new Rector, Anna Valtonen, formerly head of Design Research & Foresight at Nokia. In a departure from the show's traditional format, this year saw keynotes and workshops spread over two days.

In fact Volvo UK watched sales of the old V70-based XC70 rise after the introduction of the full-blown XC90 off-roader.     Audi Q5 facelift Audi has officially revealed the facelift for the Q5 at the Beijing Motor Show. Minor cosmetic tweaks and engine revisions.  We revealed the 2012 facelift for the Audi Q5 at the weekend, although Audi hadn’t actually got round to doing it themselves. But now they have so we can update with the official details and extra photos of the not much changed 2012 Q5.
