This auction is for a used Pitman Arm from a 1983 Ford F150 4X4 power steering gear box.  The Pitman arm is in excellent condition and has been bead blasted and painted with black enamel to restore it to a like new condition.  The splines are good and the tapered hole is not damaged or worn and should work just like a new one.  The Pitman Arm can be installed at 90 degree increments in case you need this for your application.  Applications for the Pitman arm are early 80's model, F150 F250 two and four wheel drive pick up trucks with power steering.  Be sure to check your application before bidding.  If you have a question e-mail me before you bid.  Full payment is expected within 5 days of auction close.  Sorry, no personal or business checks accepted.  Please look at my other auctions for more gears and parts.  Thanks for looking.  Good Luck Bidding!!!

Brabus added the Mercedes GL63 AMG to its Widestar lineup on Monday. In addition to the wild body kit, Brabus adds 70 hp to the mix and a handful of twist at the wheels to create the B63-620 Widestar. The visual upgrades begin with the fender flares that add 3 inches to the width of the already-big SUV.

Breedlove's Back!

Craig Breedlove, the land-speed racer who set records at over 400, 500 and 600 mph has a new race car on the drawing boards and is the feature of a couple other projects. We caught up with him recently in Los Angeles. It seems Breedlove always had a car project in the works; most recently, he took the Spirit of America Formula Shell LSRV to almost 700 mph on the Black Rock Desert in 1996.

Gone is the bluff, snouty front end of the current car and in its place are sleeker, narrower front and rear lights, a new bonnet, bumpers and a new grille. Yet it lacks the awkward, guppy-like stance of the Fiesta, which was given its new Aston Martin-esque grille in late 2012, and is a much more sophisticated looking car.
