Original Sprint ford tach.
This is Original 1963 - 64 Ford Falcon Sprint Tachometer. It is in used original condition.
This unit has not been restored or tampered with.
The original face decal shows its age with cracking and some flanking, but completely readable.
The black housing has overall pitting, but no dents and looks correct for it's age.
The tachometer works perfectly. The indicator needle moves smoothly when engine is accelerated and does not jump around at idle. The picture with the actual tachometer connected to the engine shows the needle at 800RPM
The screw that holds the tachometer housing to the base does not seem to tighten.
May need to re-tapped to a larger screw or just drilled completely thru base and use a longer screw.
The Light bulb and light-bulb holder is included.
The base is missing but can be bought from Dearborn Classics for about 25.00. Please ask any questions.  Thanks for looking Johnny

Saab will showcase its electric car ambitions at the 2010 Paris motor show with the new 9-3 ePower. Look out for this badge on future Saabs – it’s the next step from the existing E85 biofueled BioPower models. The 9-3 ePower is a technical testbed vehicle rather than anything you can go and buy, but the Swedes aim to have an electric car to market in the next few years.

The Stateside favourite is still more ‘XL’ than GL, reaching more than five metres in length and two metres wide.
