Ford Fe 390, 406, 427 Original Tri-power Assembly Complete, Nice!, 3x2, 3 Duece on 2040-parts.com
Richfield, Wisconsin, United States
This auction is for a complete Ford Galaxie tri-power from the early 60's. It is in very good condition. The car it was on was in storage for most of the last 30 years but it was started and driven every once and awhile. The first two photos show the complete assembly with original air cleaner. The second two photos show the intake and carbs. The next three show the carb numbers. Next is the manifold date code (February 27, 1962). The next three show the intake by itself, no cracks, welds or heli coils. The original factory sealant is still around the plugs on the bottom of the manifold. I am also going to include the filter and fuel line assembly pictured in the last photo in the auction. E-mail with any questions.

Toyota Yaris Hybrid-R concept (2013) at Frankfurt motor show
Tue, 27 Aug 2013Toyota has released fresh information regarding its 414bhp supermini concept ahead of its debut at next month’s Frankfurt motor show. The Yaris Hybrid R drivetrain features Toyota Motorsport’s 1.6-litre racing petrol engine to power the front wheels and twin electric motors generating 60bhp apiece to run those at the back, giving the car all-wheel drive and a combined output of up to 414bhp. The car also makes use of a supercapacitor inspired by Toyota’s TS030 Hybrid Le Mans racer – energy generated under heavy braking is stored and can be quickly deployed to the rear wheels for an extra burst of power.

Lamborghini Jota: Tease 3
Tue, 14 Sep 2010Lamborghini Jota Tease 3 I know, it’s getting boring already. The first tease we had on the Lamborghini Jota was back in June when Lamborghini sent a photo of the bonnet of a car and the catchy (and let’s not forget, original) tag line ‘Coming Soon…’. That was followed up just over a week ago with another blindingly helpful photo of the Lamborghini Jota – this time of a tail light and a bit of carbon fibre.
