Aston Martin Vantage GT4 2011 updates
Sun, 28 Nov 2010Aston Martin Vantage GT4 2011 updates Aston Martin’s Vantage for the track – the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 – has only been racing for a couple of years. But in that short time Aston Martin has managed to shift more than 80 GT4s to customers and the GT4 has become the most successful car in its class, with wins at the Spa 24 hours, Nurburgring 24 hours and others. But resting on your laurels is no way to continue being on top so, despite – or perhaps because of – the GT4′s success, Aston Martin has wheeled out updates for 2011 to keep the GT4 on top of its game.

Thu, 08 May 2014A THIRD OF DRIVERS in the UK do not know even the most basic road signs such as the National Speed Limit and Slippery Road warnings. This is the finding of a survey by More Than, which found that 34% of drivers in the UK did not know what the National Speed Limit sign was. The Slippery Road sign was misunderstood by one in seven drivers as meaning ‘paint on the road.’ With research conducted alongside 29 police forces, the survey found 20% of UK drivers had received penalty points for speeding in the past 10 years.
Subaru Canada reveals ‘Driving Confidence’ contest winners
Fri, 17 Feb 2012Subaru Canada has revealed the top three designs from its ‘Driving Confidence' competition. The Canadian division of the company collaborated with the artist web site deviantART and called for "original creations that celebrate the bold design, superior handling, and meticulous engineering that Subaru vehicles are renowned for." The challenge asked for competitors to push their creativity "to the limit", which many of them did with some impressively-abstract designs. The winner won $2,500 for "Born to Rally in the Snow," the second place received $1,000 for "Unleash the Beast," while third place was awarded $500 for "Subaru Slot Car Set." The runner-up was "Subaru Impreza WRC Rally 'The Pass 2'." All of the submissions are being displayed at Subaru's booth at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto and in the gallery above.
