Looks like they are fresh reground and ready to install
Brand:Ford Warranty:No Manufacturer Part Number:Intake Valve Flathead Flat Head 226 H H

I am selling some intake and exhaust valves from a 1950 Ford straight 6 cylinder engine. There are 4 bigger and 3 smaller ones. I believe the 3 with the smaller heads are exhaust and the 4 with the larger heads are intake valves. They have been reground and never installed. They look straight but I have no way to really check. The tip where the lifter hits looks like it was trimmed. This was out of an H series, I don't know if they fit a G series. Please look at the photos carefully. Shipping to the lower 48 only.

Former Ford exec Theodore shows off lighter chassis at SAE

Automakers are facing tougher government regulations for fuel economy, and one former Ford and Chrysler executive says he has a solution Chris Theodore, best known for his work on the Ford GT and Dodge Viper, has designed a vehicle chassis that he says will provide automakers with weight savings, cut manufacturing costs and make electric vehicles more economically viable. Theodore is showcasing his proof-of-concept Uni-Chassis at the SAE World Congress this week. It uses the powertrain and suspension of the GT, under an agreement with Ford.

The Porsche P1 is lighter, greener and more exclusive than McLaren's new hypercar

Mon, 27 Jan 2014

Long before the legendary Porsche 911 -- before, even, the Porsche 356 -- Ferdinand Porsche was tinkering with alternative powertrains and designing road-worthy vehicles. Though it wasn't the first vehicle to bear his name, the “Egger-Lohner electric vehicle, C.2 Phaeton model” was the earliest result of his efforts. Perhaps getting the jump on the modern alpha-numeric craze/plague, it was shortened to a simple “P1.” The P1 (we'll refer to it as the Porsche P1 from here on out to avoid confusion) made its first appearance in Vienna on June 26, 1898, and it didn't last long in the public eye: Before Porsche decided to pull it out and put it on display, it had reportedly been sitting in a warehouse, untouched, since 1902.
