This is an F2 Header for a 2005 to 2009 Focus equipped with a Duratec engine. (There were a few Foci sold in 2003 and 2004 in high emission states with engines under the name "PZEV" that are 2.3 liter Duratecs.) There are 3 o2 sensor ports available on the header, with one blank plug. This header is coated and has no rust. It has been used on a 2.0 liter Focus for about 2 years now, and has worked great. It has no cracks or leaks.
If you have a 2.3 liter and are interested, you may want to do some research as to if it will fit. The 2.3 liter engine is slightly taller, and the header may not clear the firewall.
