Hyundai HCD-14 Genesis concept [w/Gallery]

Hyundai has unveiled its HCD-14 Genesis concept at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). The HCD-14 Genesis concept provides a glimpse of Hyundai's future design direction and features the carmaker's latest technologies, such as eye-tracking and gesture-based controls. At the front of the concept brushed metal grille surfaces feature with a deep vertical grille opening while LED daytime running lights are integrated into the bottom of the fender.

It wasn’t the most shocking story considering how feeble the London Cab has become in comparison to newer offerings like the Mercedes Taxi – which is taking a big chunk of sales from the traditional cab – but still sad to see the iconic London Taxi end up this way. VW Amarok: Volkswagen pick-up comes to UK in 2011

Volkswagen will launch the Amarok pick-up truck in the UK in spring 2011. It’s the first time since the 1980s that a VW pick-up has been sold in Britain. VW plans to sell just a couple of thousand Amaroks a year in the UK in a full year; the big markets for this truck are utility-centric markets such as Australia and both north and south America (the VW Amarok is built in Argentina).
