You are bidding on an original spark plug and cylinder head wrench for the 1941 Ford GP jeep.

The Ford GP ¼ ton 4x4 truck was built in competition with the Bantam BRC and Willys MA jeeps. It was the forerunner of the Ford GPW and Willys MB and pioneered many of the features found in the later jeeps.

This spark plug wrench was used in the tool kit on the Ford GP and also on the Ford GTB 1-1/2 ton bomb truck and the Ford Army Staff car.

This is an original Ford wrench and has the correct numbers, OIA-17017-B ,  on the shank.  The tool listing page from the GP part book shows this clearly.

This wrench is not correct for the later Ford GPW or Willys MB jeeps.

An original wrench for your GP tool kit.

The Mini Moke makes its comeback

Mon, 14 Oct 2013

It wouldn't be entirely fair to put the Mini Moke into the 'so bad it's good' category, but the fact remains, the Moke wasn't that great. And yet, despite its tepid performance, questionable off-road ability and tendency to rust, it was a runaway success. Let's face it, the Mini Moke remains one of the coolest cars ever created.
