Ford Holley List 4609 C9AF-U carburetor date code 0A1 which is a very early build. Carburetor is correct for any 428 Mustang with manual or automatic transmission. The dashpot bracket is also included. This is the service replacement that the Ford dealer used if you had a warranty issue with your 428 Mustang carburetor. It is concours correct. The carburetor is in perfect condition and has been correctly restored with all of the correct pieces. Metering blocks are 5673 and 5671 with the 4609 indicator stamped on them as it came from the factory. The carburetor pictured is the actual carburetor. No file pictures. The transfer tube is brand new. Each part is plated in gold zinc as it was from the factory. No paint or that East wood stuff on my carbs. Each carburetor goes through a 10 step process and I am very thorough. The carburetor is bolt on ready with minor adjustments. I am an ex-employee of Pony Carburetors so I was trained by the best. No core return required. I warranty every carburetor for life. If you ever have any problems with the carburetor I will take care of it at no charge to you. The carburetor is currently calibrated for a stock 289 Hi-Po engine, but it can be calibrated to your engine specs. However, it's still a hand-built Aston much in the mold of earlier models.
