This is a set of 2 shocks for a Model A Ford, 1928-1931 a left and a right, can be used on front or rear. Complete shocks, arms, tubular links, mounting bolts, and oil plug. The tubular links have the internal parts: screw in plug, springs, spacers, and lube fittings. Each tubular link is missing 2 of the ball seats, for a total of 4 needed. These can be bought for $1.00 a piece at Mac's and other antique auto parts stores. These were taken off of a 1929 Model A Tudor. 2010 European Car of the Year shortlist announced
Wed, 24 Jun 20092010 European Car of the Year shortlist announced By Ben Pulman Motor Industry 24 June 2009 18:30 Early nominations for the 2010 European Car of the Year award have been announced, and the initial list of 29 cars includes a few that aren't even on sale yet. However, the European Car of the Year organisation expects the list of nominees to expand even further, before motoring journalist from across Europe vote in September 2009 to cull the entrants and create a seven-car shortlist. The overall winner will then be announced at the end of the year.
General Motors reshuffles Executive Design leadership team

GM considers CVTs for small cars
Mon, 29 Nov 2010General Motors Co., aiming to give its small cars a sales edge, may introduce continuously variable transmissions to deliver better fuel economy, executives say. GM doesn't use CVTs now. But they could be used on models such as the Chevrolet Spark, Aveo and Cruze in the next three years, said Mike Arcamone, CEO of GM Daewoo Auto & Technology.
