Up for sale is a completely restored pair of early style Ford Model T clincher wheels. These are a pair of front wheels that are 30x3. The steel components have been sandblasted and inspected for good bearing fits, and threads. These front hubs are of the later Ford design that is much less prone to cracking. They then are primed with automotive type lacquer primer. The wood spokes and fellows are custom made to properly fit each rim from Shag Bark Hickory just as Henry Ford used. The spokes are the slim tapered design used on early Ford Ts. They are riveted with new steel splice plates and hubs are pressed in with new bolts installed. A new copper valve stem is formed and installed to finish these wheels off as the nicest restored wheels you will find.
