Our Standard 3M Vinyl Decals include a 1-year limited warranty.  We will happily replace any defective product within the specified warranty timeframe. Warranty is for ORIGINAL purchaser only, is non-transferable and begins upon customer receipt.  Products are warranted and sold based upon the expectation that the purchaser will use the item(s) for the manufacturer's intended purpose.  Warranty is INVALID if product is applied to the incorrect vehicle make/model or used in a way inconsistent with intended application.  Warranty does NOT cover damage caused during the application process.  Defective item liability shall not exceed the original price. 

All sales are final, however, if the packaging and product is still intact (unopened) AND no more than 14 days have elapsed since the purchaser’s receiving of the product, purchaser may contact us to set up a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  Purchaser (you) must pay return shipping. Unauthorized returns will be refused.  Our material is created using state-of-the art techniques and we stand behind our products, for defective (extremely rare) products please see the WARRANTY section for additional information.  Our shipping department is first-class! But if it happens that you receive an item other than what you ordered, we’ll help you get sorted out ASAP! To expedite the process, when you contact us include a clear photo of what you received as well as the attached packing slip/invoice.  Once we confirm the mistake we will provide a return shipping label and prepare your replacement right away!
