Depending on your perspective, the BMW 328 Hommage concept unveiled at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Italy is either a breathtaking tribute to an automotive styling icon or a caricature of a dead beaver. No matter which side of the aisle you find yourself on, this video offering a behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoot packs plenty of allure. After all, Porsche has made no secret of its plans to stick Hybrid gubbins in the Panamera; CO2 targets, and all that guff. But Porsche seems to think it is a surprise (unless they really have a surprise and are planning on revealing another Porsche hybrid altogether much sooner than we expected) as the press release we got in from Porsche has the enigmatic little tease of a headline – ‘Porsche: Hybrid world premiere’.

Hennessey Performance CTS-V wagon breaks its own record at the Texas Mile

Everything's bigger in Texas, and it appears everything's faster, too. John Hennessey and his company, Hennessey Performance, brought its tuned-up, 707-hp Cadillac CTS-V wagon--a.k.a., the Hammer Wagon--to the Texas Mile and posted a one-mile speed of 189.7 mph, a new record for the car. And that wasn't even terminal velocity, according to Hennessey.
