Peugeot 508 – Price & Spec detail

Thu, 06 Jan 2011

Peugeot 508. Prices start at £18,150 Three months on from the public debut of the Peugeot 508 at the Paris Motor Show – and three months before it hits the road in the UK – Peugeot has dropped us details of the model and engine range – and the all important Peugeot 508 prices – to help buyers find a reason to toddle off to their local Peugeot dealer and stick an order in. This early – and without having driven the 508 – we can’t say if it’s a good car or not.

Jaguar C-X75 Hybrid Supercar back in the spotlight

Tue, 25 Jun 2013

Jaguar release new photos of the C-X75 Supercar A few days ago we heard that the hybrid underpinnings of the canned Jaguar C-X75 were going to find their way in to the F-Type to produce a 700bhp monster. We had our doubts about that, but it does seem clear that Jaguar are not going to let the C-X75 just disappear in to oblivion. For reasons probably known only to Jaguar, they’ve suddenly decided to release a new set of photos (above) of the very good looking C-X75 in a fetching shade of blue – a better look than the pale metallic paint job on all the photos we’ve seen so far – despite the project being shelved.

Range Rover Evoque: The 5 Door

Fri, 24 Sep 2010

Range Rover Evoque 5 Door As it would have been very difficult to miss, Land Rover dropped a huge amount of bumph on us the other day about the Range Rover Evoque. Mind you, even though we got a huge press release which ran to more pages than we cared to count, and a pile of new photos including interiors for the first time, there’s still a chunk of detail missing. We don’t for example have performance figures, much beyond a 7.1 second 0-60 mph for the 238bhp EcoBoost Evoque.
