Nearly a half of male drivers admit to sleeping at the wheel

Nearly half of male drivers admit to having fallen asleep at the wheel, a survey has found. Road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found that 31% of all drivers admit to ‘head-nodding’ at the wheel – meaning they’ve fallen asleep while driving a car for between two and 30 seconds. Skoda MissionL Concept - destined to be the Skoda Lauretta Skoda is on a mission to push its sales through the roof in the next year or seven – aiming for 1.5 million sales, no less, by 2018 –  and part of that strategy is to fill the gap in its range between the Fabia and Octavia. So it’s a good thing the Skoda MissionL Concept fits the bill. Nissan takes on the London taxi

A NEW BLACK CAB is set to make an appearance on the streets of London with the arrival of the Nissan NV200 Taxi. The NV200 Taxi has been developed in London by Nissan and is now undergoing real-world trials in the capital. Nissan says the NV200 will make a more environmentally friendly cab on the city’s streets thanks to its 1.6-litre petrol engine.
