This rear end does NOT HAVE A RING GEAR.  It is an older style (before 8" and 9") Ford rear end. I don't know what car it came in originally, but I believe they used this style in some 49-56 models. It needs rebuilding and a ring gear; it only has a 10 tooth pinion gear. If you need dimensions or other info let me know. Thanks.  PICKUP ONLY I cannot ship the housing.  located in south Mississippi, zip code 39571.

Citroën to unveil flagship model in Beijing

Tue, 20 Mar 2012

Citroën has released two teaser images for a new luxury flagship model to be unveiled at the Beijing motor show next month, as part of its efforts to reposition the brand further upmarket with its DS model range. The car, which is to be the automaker's fourth and largest model in its DS range, appears to be a direct descendent of the Citroën Metropolis Concept, first seen at the Shanghai World Fair in 2010. Although it is unclear whether or not the model seen in the pictures will be the production version of the Metropolis, the two clearly share many design features.

Land Rover Expedition America presses on through the Rocky Mountains

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

Land Rover Expedition America is more than halfway across the country, three weeks after having departed Asheville, N.C., on their 5,000-mile route through 10 states. The team is traveling all the way across the country in three Land Rover LR4s -- from sea to shining sea if you will -- almost entirely off-road. The Oregon coast is their destination, and the team is following a route based on an off-road motorcycle trailed created by Sam Corero, a famous off-road motorcyclist who charted this trail back in the 1990s.
