The carton for the filter kit may be plain brown but the filters inside are genuine OEM. Not replacement but the actual OEM. If you don't need a fancy Motorcraft box then save some money on this fuel filter. Replaces Ford part no 8C3Z-9N184-A and Motorcraft FD4609. Kit contains one primary fuel element and one secondary fuel element with O-rings included. Filters meet OEM specifications and are of the highest quality. Wed, 07 Nov 2012Lexus has revealed a new range-topper for its smallest car – the Lexus CT 200h Advance – with extra equipment and small price premium. The new range-topping Lexus CT 200h Advance We’re not entirely convinced that Lexus has got their baby car quite right – we’d rather see it drop its rather harsh suspension setup and offer proper compact cosseting - but there’s a ready market from buyers wanting a touch of Japanese luxury in a more compact form. But it seems Lexus are at least heading in the direction they should with the CT 200h by launching a new range-topping model - the Lexus CT 200h Advance – with more toys as standard to appeal to the downsizer who wants their luxury setup ready-made.
GM recalls ATS, XTS and Impala for brake lamp fix
Thu, 06 Jun 2013Cadillac's 2013 ATS and 2013 XTS and the 2014 Chevrolet Impala are being recalled by General Motors because of a potential problem with the brake lamps. The National Highway Traffic Safety Association reports that the brake lamps may "intermittently flash without the brakes being applied, and the cruise control may disengage." The report states this could cause a crash if the following driver isn't warned to adjust vehicle speed. The recall impacts 1,627 copies of the sedans, and comes just two months after the new Chevy Impalas began rolling off production lines.
