I have a brand new set of front Ford Ranger 4x4 Pro-stop brake rotors, will fit 99-03 rangers. Never put them on truck, because I ended up getting EBC rotors for my bigger tires and rims. The diameter is 11.28 I believe for these rotors, these rotors are for hub only rangers, as you see by photos they slip over hub and stubs. Paid 125$, your chance for a lot cheaper for new rotors.
