Mercedes-Benz unveils AMG Vision Gran Turismo concept

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled its AMG Vision Gran Turismo concept that will be featured in the upcoming Gran Turismo racing game. The concept features bulbous wheelarches and a long hood stretching back to the pushed-back cabin, designed to emphasize its aerodynamics, while the grille is a reinterpretation of the wide Mercedes-Benz sports car grille with the central star. It also features gullwing doors and side-view cameras, together with racing-inspired elements such as the release catches on the hood and fuel caps positioned on the roof.

Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour Concept: Geneva Motor Show

ItalDesign Giugiaro – owned by Volkswagen – has created a compact SUV crossover – the Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour Concept – based on Lamborghini underpinnings. The Giugiaro Parcour – named after the odd French habit of bouncing off buildings – has been developed as both a coupe and a roadster (you can see both in the pictures above) and uses the potent 542bhp 5.2 litre V10 from the Lamborghini Gallardo as well as a Lambo 4WD system to create what ItalDesign say is a blend of crossover, SUV, sports car and GT. Mercedes-Benz C-Class previewed in new video, images [w/Video]

Mercedes-Benz has given us the first look at its next-generation C-Class, the W205, in a new video and interior photos. The images show the new model shares many design cues with the CLA-Class, such as the center stack, IP and steering wheel, while design cues from the S-Class include the COMAND system's control with added touchpad. The interior also features a heads-up display and an HVAC system called Air Balance.
