Dress up your 1985 & older Ford 260-302 Carbureted engine with our 228 Piece stainless steel Hex bolt kit!! This kit has a natural stainless finish. It is NOT our polished kit.
These are the finest stainless steel bolt kits available. We also offer 304 Stainless Allen kits, Original Style kits (Indented Hex), and grade 8 stainless ARP kits for more applications than anyone.
This kit fits the 260-289-302 (Non EFI) Engines with a passenger side water pump (Lower radiator hose).
If your engine has a drivers side water pump inlet, please let us know at the time of purchase so we include the correct bolts. These engines use different water pump and timing cover bolts.
Our kits are also available Polished with the stamps and marks still on the heads, but they are shined to a very high shine. We also offer our Show Polishing. We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish. The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches. Let us know if you want either of these services at the time of ordering and we can price this for you.

If you are using aftermarket parts on your engine, let us know and we can custom build a kit that fits your combination! Please include a note with your payment listing all modifications you want us to make on your kit.
The carb stud kit is designed to fit Carter, Edelbrock, Holley or any Throttle Body with a 1/2 inch thick base plate. The studs have an internal hex and a 3/16 Allen wrench is used to install them into your intake manifold. We also include flanged hex nuts and the proper size flat washers. If you are using a Quadrajet carb , just let us know and we will include a mounting bolt kit for you!

Our washers are custom made in the USA to our specifications. Alloy Boltz uses larger diameter and thicker flat washers in our kits.
Our flat washers give more support to your oil pan and valve cover rails. We also add split lock washers on some of the component kits to make sure things stay tight.
All of our washers are polished to make sure your finished project looks great!
The thin small diameter washers other sellers use offer almost no support and will cause your valve cover or oil pan rails to bend. If this occurs, the
gasket will pinch and you will have oil leaks.
We use our extra thick intake washers and longer bolts in this kit. These washers are 1/8 thick and have a smaller center hole to keep the washer centered on the bolt. Our washers are specially made for us in the USA to our specs.
