1961 FORD THUNDERBIRD FACTORY SHOP MANUAL.  THIS MANUAL WAS MY GRANDFATHERS MANUAL FOR HIS 1961 THUNDERBIRD THAT HE OWNED  AND THIS MANUAL HAS BEEN ON THE SHELF AT HIS HOUSE FOR OVER FORTY YEARS BEFORE COMING TO MY SHELVES.  IT IS IN VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION.  IT DOES HAVE A RUB MARK ON THE REAR COVER AND SOME FADING ON THE FRONT COVER, PAGES ARE CLEAN, CLEAR AND VERY LEGIBLE.  OVERALL CONDITION I WOULD CALL BETWEEN GOOD/VERYGOOD AND EXCELLENT. University students learn product development at Eco Car Challenge

The Eco Car Challenge spring workshop had a flavor of cutting-edge environmental technologies in advanced prototypes--developed by students. The event, at the Environmental Protection Agency's laboratory in Ann Arbor, Mich., allowed journalists to get behind the wheel of these test cars. It was part of a competition among 16 North American universities to design, develop and build vehicles that are forward-looking yet practical.

Ram 2500 HD gets six-speed transmission

Chrysler's Ram truck brand announced today that it is adding a six-speed automatic transmission to its 2012 2500 Heavy Duty trucks. The Ram 2500 HD and 3500 HD will be available with diesel and gasoline engines. The six-speed transmission replaces the five-speed 545RFE transmission in the 2500 HD, the automaker said in a statement.

It's not for the faint-hearted, as you can tell from the angry body addenda and huge spoilers mounted on the already monstrous coupe. The ACR bit of the name denotes it's an American Club Racer spec car - it's the first use of the badge on a Viper since 1999.
