Produced in association with la famosa carrozzeria Touring, it’s like Mini’s found Doc Brown’s time machine and headed back to the Swinging Sixties. But fast forward a year or two and CAR can reveal that BMW is seriously considering launching a cute little roadster in line with what you see here.

Volvo C30 & C70 – UK Prices & Specs announced

Price and model details for the 2010 Volvo C30 and C70 have been released. C30 prices in the UK start at £14,495 with four trim levels on offer – S, SE, SE Lux and R-DESIGN – and six engine options,  from the C30 eDrive that emits just 99g/km up to the turbo T5 with 225bhp. Standard kit on the S includes Climate Control, CD with AUX input, DSTC and 16″ alloys.

Saab issued one of the few genuine surprises of the Geneva show: the Phoenix concept car, designed to show the newly independent brand's stylistic future. Named after the Phoenix platform underpinning many of the company's future products including next year's new 9-3, the concept car is a dramatic coupe. It's the first car designed by Jason Castriota, the new design chief.
