The new GranTurismo MC Stradale has more power and more extrovert styling than the outgoing car, and double the seat count too: Maserati is putting back seats back into the hottest GranTurismo. Isn't the MC Stradale supposed to be the lightweight, track-ready GranTurismo?
Daimler, Ford & Nissan Hydrogen Alliance
Tue, 29 Jan 2013Daimler (Mercedes), Ford and Nissan-Renault have formed an alliance to co-develop hydrogen fuel cell technology for a range of new cars. Yesterday, we reported that Mercedes has postponed the launch of their hydrogen fuel cell B Class until 2017 and is in talks with Nissan and Ford to co-develop hydrogen fuel cell technology. Those talks have now turned in to an alliance between three of the world’s biggest car makers.
Ferrari F150: New Enzo to cost €1-1.1m, 499 cars, delivery starts October 2013
Thu, 21 Feb 2013The new Enzo Ferrari – the F150 – will arrive at Geneva, cost €1-1.1m Euros, just 499 will be built and delivery starts in October. We know for sure that the new McLaren P1 will come with 903bhp courtesy of a ‘hybrid’ boost, and it seems likely the new Enzo – the Ferrari F150, until we get the proper name – will usurp that with somewhere between 920 and 950bhp from its V12 plus electric boost. But now we know a bit more.
