Forge Motorsport 2.0 TFSi Petrol Turbo Oil Catch Tank System FMCT2UK

This kit is suitable for intallation to the 2 litre TFSi engines found in the Scirocco and SEAT Leon Cupra (engine codes CCTA CBFA ) and the non Xenon headlight version of the MK6 Golf. However, this kit will NOT fit 2009 on Audi S3’s with xenon headlights.

Our kit is unquestionably the most comprehensive out of all of the currently available catch tank options. With no intentions of rushing to market with an incomplete offering, We spent significant amounts of time on every last detail of this kit, incorporating everything necessary to completely bypass the stock PCV system while actually providing increased operative function. The kit is recirculating in design so as to maintain emissions compliance, however, it will capture all of the aerated oil, fuel, and water vapor contained in the blow-by gasses that would otherwise enter the intake tract and potentially contribute to deposits on the intake valves, thereby keeping the intake system clean and the engine performing optimally long-term. The kit incorporates features such as:
    - Hand-fabricated aluminum tank
    - Maintenance free baffle design
    - CNC machined billet aluminum PCV bypass plate ("Africa plate")
    - Large tank capacity
    - Stainless mounting steel hardware
    - Clip-on intake manifold cap with 3 vacuum / boost references - Retains original engine cover mounting post location
    - Black powder coated tank and bracket
    - Hard anodized plate and manifold cap
    - Sight glass to check tank fluid level
    - Drain plug and crush washer
    - Oil resistant hoses
    - Stainless Steel hose clamps
    - Optional Forge logo sticker
    - Will work with aftermarket motor mounts
    - Should work with most if not all TSI-specific aftermarket intake systems

Order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment via Priority mail service.

2012 Mercedes A-Class teased on video The 2012 Mercedes A-Class is being teased on video ahead of a Geneva 2012 debut in conjunction with a ‘QR Code’ competition. With Detroit pretty much done and dusted, it’s time for car makers to begin teasing their offerings for Geneva 2012 (which we saw some of even before Detroit). Today it’s the turn of Mercedes with a video tease for the 2012 Mercedes A-Class, coupled with a competition too (although that seems to be just for Germany).

Ford Vertrek – 2012 Ford Kuga – at Detroit

Mon, 10 Jan 2011

The Ford Vertrek Concept - the 2012 Kuga & 2012 Escape to be The picture you see above – minus a few concept fripperies like the huge glass roof – will be the next generation Ford Kuga in Europe. It will also be the next generation Ford Escape in North America. Which means it’s a combination of Ford’s European Kinetic design plus some extra lard to cater for the US.

Bugatti sell their 400th Veyron – just 50 left to go. But what next for Bugatti?

Thu, 05 Dec 2013

The 400th Veyron – a Grand Sport Vitesse Jean-Pierre Wimille Special Edition Bugatti may have come to rely on ‘Special Edition’ Veyrons to keep making sales, but they’re now getting close to the end of their production run. The Veyron – which debuted in 2005 – is limited to a total of 300 coupes and 150 Roadsters, and all the coupes are long gone with just the Roadsters left to finish their run, and only 50 of are those left to sell. Not surprisingly, the 400th Veyron to be sold – the latest Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Jean-Pierre Wimille Special Edition – went to a client in the Middle East at a hefty €2.14 million which, at a rates of around one a week sold for the last eight years, means the Veyron will be consigned to the Bugatti history book by the end of 2014.
