If your product becomes defective after the 30 day exchange period, we will either send your item out for repair or exchange the item at our discretion. Our customer is responsible for incurring any necessary shipping costs to return the defective item back to us. We will cover any shipping charges to return your new replacement item back to our you at no additional charge.

• A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number.

• Most times, if a purchase was made in error or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase to us, once you have gone through the return authorization procedure, within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are certain products that do not qualify for this 30 day return Policy. If concerned, please email us to see if the product in question qualifies before making your purchase.

Any item being returned for either credit or exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging and packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included. Any item received back that is not returned in this condition will be refused at the buyer's expense and your return authorization number will become invalid.
