Four Wheel Cylinder Repairs Kits, MG TC MGTC MG-TC, 180-920 and 180-930, NOS

These were never used during a rebuild of my 1949 MG TC, after we decided to send all 4 brake cylinders out to White Post for refinishing.

Three boxes were opened only for the pictures; one has never been opened. They all say “Made in U.K.” and bear the Lockheed  label, as well as the Moss Motors stickers.

MOSS sells them as 180-930 for the front wheel cylinders, and as 180-920 for the rear wheel cylinders. Each box contains four cylinder specific rubber items.

You are bidding on the set of four, two for the front, two for the rear, as required for a complete rebuild for your brake cylinders (a separate kit is required for the master cylinder, however).

Study Highlights Perils Of Distracted Driving

Thu, 02 Jan 2014

IF YOUR mind has ever wandered when behind the wheel you’ll likely relate to this latest study of driver behaviour. According to the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in Maryland, USA, motorists typically have their eyes off the road for a tenth of the time they are driving. Worryingly, for 10 per cent of their journey they are eating, reaching for the phone, texting or engaged in other activities that cause concentration to wander away from what is happening beyond the windscreen.
