If there is to be a return, buyer pays return.  If I do a refund it is always minus the shipping unless otherwise agreed.  Most shipping today has insurance, if item is delivered broken or lost use insurance through the shipper. When I package items they are intact and  packed securely for travel without damage unless accidental carrier damage occurred. Tracking is also included. All packages will be left at door unless other instructions are given at time of payment or before. Items can always be picked up locally. Email me if local pick-up so I can adjust shipping on invoice.

International buyers very important read all: You may check the shipping cost to your destination from your end with weights and measures posted in Ad. If you find item shipping high contact me prior to bidding so I may see if there is a cheaper cost. Please wait for invoice to your specific destination for most accurate total cost. Delivery is out of my control once it leaves my hands and USA soil.  Postal service can't track most packages once they leave USA soil with regular tracking, that is where Global shipping comes in. If item doesn't make it to you are only one who can check on  tracking from your end if it has left USA soil. 

Remember most packages have insurance for lost or stolen items through the carrier.  

Global Express shipping I understand is great, you will have to select it from your end.  If USPS first class is another choice for delivery for up to 4 pounds in weight to international there is this option  which must be requested prior to paying, Registered at  $12.95 added charge, which has 2 tracking numbers, insurance and secure delivery and this is still cheaper than most  shipping costs.

 I am selling my personal and family items to help complete my daughter’s college education.
