·         Once shipped, goods will reach most areas within 1-3 business days, however depending on your location it could take a little longer.

• Your order will be delivered to the address specified in eBay between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
• Buyer incurs any additional freight charges including redelivery or redirection.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept payment by way of direct deposit, Paypal, postal money order or bank cheque (also C.O.D.) (If collecting the goods, we obviously accept cash but also have credit card facilities)

There are two ways you can pay using direct deposit:

1.      You can transfer payment to us using Internet Banking

2.      You can deposit funds into our account at any NAB branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username as the transfer description.

Refunds and Replacements

We offer a money back guarantee, if you are unhappy with the item purchased we will refund your purchase money (does not include postage) if you return the item back to us within 30 days.

You must inform us first by telephone 03 9459 1158 or email bargainbikebits@gmail.com if you want to return any item.

If a refund is requested then we will refund the money paid to us minus shipping costs including return postage.

Refunds can only be processed once all the goods are returned in original packaging.
