POLICIES- Unfortunately, due to the large amount of international buyers claiming they do not receive their item(s), I am now ONLY shipping to the U.S., Japan, Canada, Sweden, The UK, The Netherlands and Australia. Shipping to any but the above countries will require extra cost for registration for tracking purposes. I package items Tuesday evening, so if your item is paid for by 5:00 pm (PST), it will ship Wednesday. Please understand that if you pay later in the afternoon or evening Tuesday, I will not get to it 'til the following Wednesday. If you need to have an item sooner, such as for a trip, contact me & I will try and work with you. I do not accept returns unless I fail to mention a stain, broken zipper or like issue. In those cases, I pay return shipping. Sometimes I will allow a return. If it's a reason other than my failing to mention an issue, BUYER pays return shipping. I state both tag and actual size so you can check the measurements to assure a good fit. I have had a lot of buyers complain that their item does not fit. PLEASE SAVE US BOTH TIME by checking the size and measurements provided! I try to make sure and post pics that are true to color. If they are not, I always try and state that.
