Redesigned 2015 Ford Focus breaks cover before Geneva motor show

The 2015 Ford Focus bowed online Sunday, before its Geneva motor show debut. The next big seller from the Blue Oval sports a more Fusion-like front end, along with a handful of other revisions, including the 1.0-liter EcoBoost three-cylinder engine. Visually, there are a lot of changes in the new Focus.

UK car sales reach six-year high

Ford New car sales have reached their highest level since 2007, says the Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Figures for 2013 show an increase in registrations of 10.8% compared with the previous year, to 2,264,737 - most of which was driven by growth in the private car market. Pontiac Vibe

One week after Toyota introduced its new Matrix at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Pontiac presented the new redesigned Vibe at the LA Auto Show, a five-door hatchback short wagon that - like the Matrix - is derived from a lengthened and widened Corolla platform. Clear brand differentiation between the two cars is done through the styling of the Vibe's excusive sheet metal and different interior finishes and trim. To better relate the Vibe to the Pontiac Solstice or G8, designers wanted to express more muscle and leave behind last generation's "mini-SUV" look.
