Sam Foose-built Alfa Romeo Carabo clone for sale
Wed, 08 Feb 2012If Helen of Troy's face launched a thousand ships, Marcello Gandini's Alfa Romeo Carabo concept from 1968 most certainly launched two decades' worth of wedgy, mid-engine machines, a number of them penned by Gandini himself during his tenure at Bertone. DC Design to reveal India’s first Supercar at Delhi Motor Show
Mon, 02 Jan 2012India's first Supercar by DC Design Indian car customisers DC Design are to reveal a home-grown, mid-engined supercar at the Delhi Motor Show next week. DC Design might not be the first name to spring to mind when you think of car customisers, but if you just happen to be one of India’s wealthy car nuts then DC Design will probably be one of the first names you think of. From wild and slightly wacky takes on a Rolls Royce Coupe to SUV madness with the Porsche Cayenne, DC Design has pandered to the wilder flights of fancy of India’s spiritual successors to the car-mad Maharajas.
Porsche 928 to be reborn as Porsche Panamera Coupe
Mon, 03 Dec 2012Porsche boss Matthias Mueller has revealed plans for new variants on the Porsche Panamera – including a Panamera Coupe – and more new models. Porsche boss, Matthias Mueller, has confirmed that Porsche are planning to extend the Panamera offerings with a coupe and probably a production version of the very convincing Panamera Sport Turismo Concept we saw at Geneva in the spring, although nothing has been signed off yet. The most likely time for the Panamera Coupe and Shooting Brake to arrive is after Porsche refresh the Panamera next year, so we should expect a ‘new 928′ to arrive some time in 2014.
