If you want to convert from a single carb on your later 'B, then this set is for you! These carbs were completely disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with all new wear components and gaskets. The list of parts replaced with new components include: floats, float pins, needles and seats, main needles, and main jets. Of course new throttle shafts which now ride in Delrin bushings for many years of trouble free service and zero leakage. Both front and rear surfaces are faced for a new sealing surface and new carburetter gaskets are included for your installation.
On assembly, the SU Carburetter manual was followed to the "T" and clearances and adjustments are perfect. On installation, additional adjustments need to be made according to engine response to mixture and throttle idle adjustments. It is strongly recommended to have these carbs set by a competent mechanic (read "old guy who's been around awhile") If you feel the desire to set these carbs up yourself, I'll be happy to provide guidance over the phone as I have set up several of these installations for myself and friends.
