Sheet Metal Set for your custom project includes our 2.5 gal frisco style tank with fuel site gauge and brass fittings. Tank has a 2 3/8" tunnel and is 17.5" from the ends of the mounting tabs. Low tunnel design. (we can install the fuel gauge on top of the tank, we can also install rear petcock mounts as well) . The fender is a Lowbrow Customs 6" manta ray. Heavy 14 gauge steel. Fit both 18" rear wheels with a lower profile tire and the classic 16" with the taller bobber tires. This fender wraps the tire unlike the cheap flat trailer fenders. Also included is a 3.5 quart steel side fill oil tank with battery box. Uses Evo softail mounts which are the standard on most rigid frames. Fisker about to be bought by Volvo’s Chinese owner Geely?
Mon, 18 Feb 2013It’s reported that China’s Geely – which bought Volvo from Ford – is about to take a majority stake in Fisker Automotive. But Fisker has run in to big problems when its battery supplier - A123 Systems – went bust leading to Fisker production grinding to a halt. That has now been resolved with China’s Wanxiang Group buying up A123 Systems and it looks like Fisker is heading East too with Geely set to grab a majority shareholding.

Aston Martin’s last ‘Limited Edition’ was the £1 million plus One-77 which helped Aston put some much needed funds in their bank account. The One-77 was a custom made car with a custom made price but now, with Aston Martin celebrating its centenary year this year, they’re about to build a new concept car – the Aston Martin CC100 – that’s based on the V12 Vantage but with an open roadster body.
