We're big fans of the Lexus LF-CC concept after seeing it in Paris. It's not what you would call traditionally beautiful but it's incredibly complex, engagingly off-beat and, most importantly, shows – along with the LF-LC concept – that Lexus may finally have a recipe for distinctive and consistent design. They did that by offering all buyers of affected cars a compensation plan which repaid owners for their losses over expectation, added 15 per cent for good measure and made that ongoing for the lifetime of the ownership. But this is the USA, so it wasn’t all as straightforward as that.

Great video of the Pagani Zonda R below Well, ‘Ultimate Video’ may be slightly overstating the case, but it is a crackingly good video. As we said when we reported that Pagani were taking a Zonda Cinque Roadster to the Geneva Motor Show - and again when we told you about the Zonda Tricolore – we are almost at the end of the Zonda, with the Pagani C9 due to bow on the world stage in September undisguised (although we’ve seen plenty of Pagani C9 spy photos). So the Zonda isn’t really news any more, and the Zonda R even less so.
