• Shipping fee are cover by us if you receive the wrong part by our mistake. Any other shipping fees are non-refundable.
• You have 14 days after your receive the item to contact us for a return.
• Any refund or exchange can't be made or send before the reception of the returned part.
• We need to receive any return part before shipping a exchange part to you. If you need a exchange part rush, you need to place a new order to get it rush and when we receive the return part, we will credit it to your account.

  • If the part not fit as descried or not work properly, contact us, by eBay Messaging or call us at: 514.575.7151. We will examine your situation and find a solution for you.
  • If you ordered the wrong part. You can return the part for a refund or an exchange. We will send you by email the return label and document but you have to pay for the shipping fees for the return. For an exchange you have to pay the shipping fees for the return and we will give you the shipping cost you have to pay with the "Send Money" tab in PayPal with this email address:  before we send you the replacement part. The replacement part or the refund will be send only after we receive the returned part and/or the shipping fees payment for the replacement part be received.
  • If we make an mistake with your order and you receive the wrong part let us know soon as possible and we will send you by email the return label and document for a free return. You can ask for a complete refund or an exchange totally free.
