[Check your transmission first. Most of the musclecar era transmissions used a thick thrust-
washer with a large 90* tang on it. This bearing upgrade only came on 1978 and newer models from the factory.
And mostly on the Buick built transmissions. However, if the trans has been rebuilt before you got it, who knows what's in there.
So it's always good to check what you have, before ordering parts. Unless you're in a hurry.]

At Just Racing, we've been rebuilding and modifying transmissions for over 20 yrs and have thousands of happy customers around the world.

Thanks for stopping by, more cool parts coming soon!

2013 Aston Martin DB9 – Virage Vanquished

Wed, 19 Sep 2012

Aston Martin has given the DB9 a makeover – a facelift and a bit more – for 2013 as the tweaked DB9 signals the end of the Virage. But all is not lost with the Virage, as the 2013 DB9 gets a Virage makeover – inside and out as well as more power from its V12 and the addition of Aston Martin’s adaptive damping. The 5.9 litre V12 engine under the new DB9′s bonnet now offers 510bhp and 442lb/ft of torque – more than the Virage managed to muster – and is much the same as the revised AM11 V12 we see in the new Vanquish but with a bit less power.

Mercedes Electric Drive B-Class at Paris 2012

Mon, 17 Sep 2012

Mercedes has revealed an electric version of the new B-Class – the B-Class Electric Drive Concept – which will debut at Paris 2012. Mercedes has revealed the electric B-Class in the guise of the B-Class Electric Drive Concept – a name Mercedes say will find its way on to the boot of all electric Mercedes, Smart and Tesla cars – which previews a production version by 2014. Powering the B-Class Electric Drive is the Smart electric Drive powerplant, located in the space normally taken up by the ICE, which offers 134bhp and a healthy 228lb/ft of torque with the batteries to power the electric motor housed in what Mercedes are calling the B-Class’s Energy space ahead of the rear axle.

Hot Wheels and Icon in sandbox battle

Wed, 06 Jun 2012

As first reported by Jeff Glucker of Hooniverse, the toymaker Mattel has been accused of infringing on a trademark held by the low-volume vehicle builder Icon 4X4. Icon claims that a Hot Wheels toy being distributed worldwide is based on its Icon FJ40—which itself is based on the Toyota FJ40—and that Hot Wheels' use of Icon's design, promotional materials and the name “FJ40” violates trademarks held by Icon. In its response to Tuesday's Hooniverse post, Hot Wheels claimed that the toy is not based on the Icon FJ40, and that it has the right to use the term “FJ40” despite Icon's trademark.
